Delivery Information

Please note that receipts for proof of payment will be issued upon checkout to guarantee order / bouquet delivery. We will always send you a delivery notification within 24-48 hours once we have your order processed and ready for shipping.

Priority processing and handling will be given to pre-orders based on first come first served basis. 

Dedicated doorstep delivery is FREE for all items made online via www.iloveyouforever.co, and is applicable to one single addressee only. 

For urgent express deliveries, ILYF will partake sole responsibility in delivering the customer's orders by 5pm within 3-5 business days, or a later preferrred time upon order confirmation, including Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted Public Holidays.

Please allow 8 hours proccessing time for your order to be confirmed by us. Orders below $50 are subjected to a postage charge of additional $18 (for small items), or an additional $28 for bulkier parcels.

Please allow 24-48 hours of processing time for all orders. Notifications will be sent once orders are successfully dispatched. 

ILYF does not process orders during Sundays and Public Holidays, unless for orders requesting for Express Delivery. 

Express Delivery is available 24 hours everyday, from Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays.

ILYF does not guarantee next day delivery unless otherwise specified.

All orders on our side will be dispatched within 3 working days upon confirmation. For questions and enquiries regarding your orders and delivery, please write us at: orders@iloveyouforever.co. 

All other postage charges will be waived should you be purchasing other smaller items on top of this purchase. This is because we will work to combine subsequent purchases together with the bouquet delivery itself. Unless if orders are unable to be packed for into a single parcel, you will be notified of by our packing personnel during order processing time.

Free delivery is available for all bouquet purchases worldwide.
